China ACM to Provide Concrete for French Embassy Under Construction in Beijing

Expected to be France's Largest Embassy Worldwide Upon Completion

China Advanced Construction Materials Group, Inc. ("China ACM") (OTC Bulletin Board: CADC), a leading provider of ready-mix concrete in China, today announced that it will be the major provider of concrete for the French embassy being built in the new diplomatic zone in the Chaoyang District of Beijing. The complex will house the largest French embassy in the world and is expected to open in 2011.

Mr. Xianfu Han, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "Our involvement in this prestigious and important project is very gratifying and we are proud of this achievement. The architecturally unique design created by Alain Sarfati, one of France's most renowned architects, is just the type of structure where China ACM can excel in demonstrating the versatility of our various concrete formulations. The embassy will be part of a new compound that will house all French diplomatic services in a single location."

Mr. Han concluded, "When we look out over the Beijing skyline, the number of high profile projects we have helped create continues to grow and each building has its own distinct character with specific concrete requirements and services that China ACM is able to provide. Some of these projects include the Bird's Nest Stadium, the National Swimming Center Water Cube, China Central Television Headquarters, the U.S. Embassy and the Beijing International Airport, among others. We look forward to playing a significant role in other such projects in the months and years ahead."
