Labaton Sucharow LLP filed a class action lawsuit on October 21, 2009 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, on behalf of all individuals or entities that purchased Portland Cement or Ready Mix Concrete in Florida. The complaint details the specific employees who participated in the conspiracy as well as the locations at which illegal pricing was discussed.
Defendants are Cemex Corp., Florida Rock Industries, Inc., Holcim (US), Inc., Lafarge North America, Inc., Lehigh Cement Company, Suwannee American Cement LLC, Titan America LLC and Votorantim Cimentos North America, Inc.
