Grandville Printing Company (GPCO), a Michigan-based printer, announced plans today to expand its facility by 91,000 sq. ft. to accommodate their Nexgen Retail Division that produces On-Demand Variable Data Retail Shelf Advertising.
In addition to meeting rooms, office space, and fulfillment, the expansion will house the six HP Indigo presses that are used to produce weekly Ad Tags, Shelf Labels, Shelf Talkers and Signage for retailers.
"We have a solid client base and have recently added a valuable strategic partner which will put our Nexgen technology in over 1,300 retail stores across the country. Our clients quite simply like what they see, what they can do, and how easy we make it for them. That is the value of our program and where I believe the growth is coming from," said Tony Trevino, VP of Retail Customer Development.
The Nexgen program https://www.gpco.com/nexgen offers retailers of any size full color, high speed, data/planogram sorted signs custom packaged in a box, ready to hang at store level.
"As a result of our on-demand sign printing growth over the past two years, we wanted to make sure we were properly equipped for the growing needs of current and future retail clients. We are 100% vested in the success of our Nexgen program and this just shows our commitment to this exciting new segment of our business," states Craig Swayze, GPC Sales Executive.
