New Swimming Pool and Spa Safety Rules for USA

By December 20, 2008 each new and existing Public Swimming Pool and Spa, in the United States, must be in compliance with the ASME/ANSI A112.19.8 new safety act.

The complete new act is available to read on the CPSC website CPSC - Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act 15 USC 8001PDF

Pools and Spa not in compliance will be in violation of this act.
