The Beekman, the latest model home to be unveiled at Round Top at Sparta, will make its much-anticipated debut this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, April 12th and 13th) at the collection of 120 condo-style and townhome residences rising in this Sussex County town.
The fully-furnished townhome model will offer visitors a first hand look at its spacious 2,165-square-foot layout which boasts three-bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, according to Garden Homes, developer of Round Top. The Grand Opening event will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with refreshments served.
"We've fielded countless phone calls from prospects eager to view the Beekman model in the weeks leading up to the grand opening event," says Sales Manager Lee Boyer. "As a result, we expect buyers in large numbers to visit Round Top this weekend and see for themselves the incredible interiors and exquisite appointments that have already made the Beekman a hit with today's purchasers."
Homes at Round Top at Sparta are priced from $299,900 and are being offered with special incentives. These include a unique offer in which the developer will pay one year of maintenance fees, the opportunity to add $5,000 of free upgrades and options to home interiors and $5,000 off of closing costs provided if Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is used.
The two-and three-bedroom townhomes at Round Top range from 2,100 to 2,300 square feet of living space while the distinct one-floor condo-style homes boast 1,300 square feet. Both designs feature two or two-and-a-half baths with decorator vanities, soaking tubs and ceramic tile floors.
While purchasers can customize their new home by choosing from an array of high-end options including tiles, cabinetry, flooring and paint, standard upscale features include hardwood floors in the entry and dining room, wall-to-wall carpeting, nine-foot first floor ceilings and open living rooms with formal dining areas. Spacious kitchens are equipped with ceramic floors, GE® appliances including gas oven/range, microwave and a built-in dishwasher, stainless steel sink, oak or maple wood cabinets, 36" high wall cabinets with decorative crown molding, Corian® countertops, Kohler® faucets and fixtures and Pella® windows.
