Phoenix Construction Group, Inc., a premier residential and commercial remodeler, today announced the company has received two PRISM (Prestigious Results in Sales and Marketing) Awards from the Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB). The company won the gold PRISM Award for Best Logo and the silver PRISM Award for Best Attached Home Under 2,000 Feet. The PRISM Awards are bestowed every two years to New England's most elite housing professionals for excellence in building, design, sales and marketing, and numerous other categories. Winners were announced at BAGB's PRISM Awards ceremony held on October 24th at the Boston Park Plaza.
"We are thrilled to receive the honor of two awards from one of the largest and most prestigious professional associations in the building industry," states Dani Chedid, co-founder and principal, Phoenix Construction Group, Inc. "The Best Logo recognition is very meaningful, as our new and improved phoenix logo represents the image we convey of the remodeler who transforms deteriorating buildings into beautiful structures. The award for Best Attached Home is validation of the quality of our craftsmanship and our superior standards for structural design."
Phoenix Construction Group's logo and company name were drawn from the Legend of the Phoenix, the tale of an aging phoenix that is consumed by fire and emerges from the ashes a new, younger bird. Like the phoenix, the homes the company renovates are completely renewed as if given new life.
Maple Commons in Cambridge, MA is the project for which Phoenix Construction received the Best Attached Home award. The project involved taking a deteriorating one-story commercial plaza and replacing it with three two-story buildings containing five town homes.
