Researchers in the Faculty of the Built Environment at the University of NSW are winning international recognition.
Industrial Design lecturers Rina Bernabei and Kelly Freeman have been awarded the prestigious Bombay Sapphire Design Discovery Award, which recognises outstanding work by emerging designers.
Their TOTEM range of lights was designed in response to an ever increasing demand for ecologically sustainable products. The new manufacturing process used is completely ecological and materials are entirely biodegradable. For more information click here.
