3D City Modelling - Digital Manchester

Technology continues to impact the way we plan and design the built environment and access information on facilities and cities. Over the last few years Arup and the City have been using 3D Modelling on areas of the city such as Ancoats.

A 3D Model of the entire inner city area has now been created which will provide the City with a tool which can be developed for an enormous range of users.

The model will be launched on 15th May.

Arup invites you to join their 3D modelling team as they demonstrate the uses and flexibility of their city models through an exhibition.

During the afternoon, other guests will be speaking about their experiences of using City Modelling, and the benefits it can bring to projects.

Food and drink will be served at an evening reception, followed by presentations to launch the Manchester 3D City Model.

RSVP - To book your place at either of the seminars, and/or evening launch event, or for more information, please email [email protected], or phone Helen White on 0151 227 9397.
