The latest guide from the Energy Saving Trust (EST) examines new housing energy efficiency specifications.

The guide, Energy Efficiency in New Housing, is aimed at building professionals in England, Scotland and Wales. It provides information on efficient lighting and electrical appliances as well as specifications on fitting boilers and programming room thermostats.
