The six-member delegation was led by Mr Song Pingshun, Chairman of the Tianjin Committee of the Chinese People's Consultative Conference and a senior adviser to the Tianjin People's Government. The delegation also included representatives from the Tianjin Economic - Technological Development Area (TEDA) and the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone.
