Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Pinnacle Homes, one of the area's leading builders of quality new homes, has officially launched the Aspire Collection by Pinnacle Homes, a group of seven luxury communities throughout southeastern Michigan geared toward empty nesters and adults ages 50 and older living an active lifestyle. Pinnacle Homes Managing Partner Howard Fingeroot made the announcement.
"The Aspire Collection by Pinnacle Homes is less about buying a house and more about living a lifestyle," said Fingeroot. "Traditionally, adults ages 50 and older have either moved to smaller homes with fewer amenities or stayed in the same homes where they raised their kids, dealing with maintenance and remodeling issues as necessary. As more Baby Boomers approach retirement, we're seeing a demand for homes that require little to no maintenance, include modern amenities that support the luxurious look and feel of their lifestyle, and are in or near the areas where they raised their families and made friends."
These trends inspired Pinnacle Homes to meet this demand through a series of communities that will exceed $250 million in development. Pinnacle Homes currently has seven communities throughout metro Detroit in various stages of construction that will be branded as the Aspire Collection, including:
- Bloomfield Hills – Legacy Hills
- Canton – The Corners at Cherry Hill Village
- Clarkston – Northridge
- Lyon Township/Novi – Legacy of Lyon
- Northville – Ridge Hill Estates
- Washington Township – Glacier Club
- West Bloomfield – Legacy Woods
Aspire Collection homes are situated in premier locations throughout southeastern Michigan, conveniently located near entertainment, food, shopping and more. Homeowners can personalize their homes with a variety of well-appointed amenities, including quartz countertops, hardwood flooring and gourmet kitchens—ultimately creating the perfect living environment. The maintenance-free aspect of these homes gives homeowners greater freedom and flexibility to pursue their passions without having to spend time cutting the grass or shoveling snow. They can choose to have everything on one level or alternatively finish the lower level to add a recreation room, wine cellar, screening room, exercise room or guest rooms for the grandchildren. Most homes offer over 2,000 square feet on the main level with the flexibility of nearly doubling that space with the lower level.
"With the Aspire Collection, empty nesters can really have it all and take their lifestyle to the next level," said Fingeroot. "These communities let people stay close to their family and friends while enjoying a new home that is the right size, the right configuration and the right location."
