Associated Builders and Contractors Northern California (ABC NorCal) announced the finalists for its annual Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards. The awards recognize Northern California construction projects that raise the bar when it comes to design, innovation and safety.
"ABC NorCal members are leaders in our industry and these awards honor the skill and creativity of the entire team responsible for the project including the contractors, architect and developer," said ABC NorCal President & CEO, Michele Daugherty.
Project categories include Health Care, Pre-engineered Building, Community/Public Service, Electrical, Industrial, Renovation, Institutional, Public Works/Environmental, Federal Government/Military and more. Submissions are judged using a point system and points are awarded for the description of the project, photographs, project narrative, safety, and letters of recommendation.
The ABC NorCal EIC winners will be announced at a special event in January. The winners will go on to compete at the national level.
