Auscrete Corporation, “ASCK” on the OTC recently acquired all of the new technology based manufacturing plant previously used in the design and development of Auscrete “affordable housing” products.
This enables the company to resume production of their Eco-Friendly lightweight concrete building materials and provide construction of technologically advanced site built homes and commercial structures.
A company director and past city Mayor, Cliff Jett, said “the company builds very attractive, modern homes, with soaring ceilings, open plan interiors, gourmet kitchens and full environmental system with garages and lots of storage for less than $100 per square foot, turnkey.”
The company’s homes are constructed of highly specialized hybrid insulated concrete walls and roofs that will not burn, have extremely high thermal efficiency and excellent noise abatement.
“These new products address one of the largest consumer markets in the US and worldwide – housing,” adds Mr. Jett. “The structures are impervious to insect infestation and mold, won’t rot and are many times stronger than stick built construction, which is a big advantage if the consumer lives in tornado alley. The life of these structures is measurable, not in years, but in centuries”.
As an added bonus, these products are very much suited to the construction of multi unit housing, commercial structures and other products including sound-proofed freeway fencing, sound stages, and tourist attractions.
The company also plans to construct the first two of five new production facility buildings on industrial land. This will expand their manafacturing capability to produce in excess of 100 homes per year, which represents potential yearly revenues in excess of $19 million.
