Lucideon, the international materials company, has been selected by BSI (British Standards Institution) to act as one of its associate laboratories to undertake testing to support BSI’s internationally recognised BSI Kitemark™ schemes for the construction industry.
Lucideon will undertake impartial, third party testing for new BSI Kitemark construction projects including the BSI Kitemark™ for Protective Barrier Systems. BSI Kitemark is a voluntary and independent mark of safety and quality, reassuring the construction industry and many other sectors over the reliability of a product or service.
We are very pleased to have been selected as one of BSI’s chosen testing houses for their Kitemark schemes. Both BSI and the BSI Kitemark are very well respected throughout the UK and internationally within construction, and it’s a compliment to our colleagues, capabilities and facilities to be a part of this collaboration.
The collaboration will enable Lucideon to provide testing services for clients wishing to achieve Kitemark certification. In offering a path to approval we can enable clients to differentiate their products, increase sales and reduce risk.
