Target Logistics to Build Accommodation Facility for Large Oil and Natural Gas Company

Target Logistics, the largest provider of turnkey workforce housing solutions in the United States, announced today it has been awarded a contract by one of the world’s largest independent oil and natural gas exploration and production companies to build and manage an accommodation facility in West Texas. Construction on the project will begin immediately with first occupancy planned in early 2016.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with our customer on their first onshore accommodation facility in the United States,” said Target Logistics President and Chief Operating Officer Brad Archer. “They have been a customer of ours for the past 18 months and over that time have seen firsthand the value in caring for their workforce beyond the job site.”

“True to our model, this facility will be designed and built around the needs of our customer,” said Archer. “They were very involved in the design process to ensure a living environment that supports a work-life balance focused on health and safety, while upholding their strong values and commitment to the local community.”

With the addition of this West Texas location, Target Logistics operates 19 properties in the United States with more than 8,100 total beds.
