SolarWindow to Demonstrate Electricity-Generating Window Unit During Upcoming Webcast on August 20, 2015

SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. will feature a first-ever demonstration of its working, electricity-generating window unit during the company’s upcoming webcast on August 20, 2015 at 2PM (EDT). Click here to view a short video trailer.

Webcast participants will witness clean electricity being generated on a demonstration window unit. Its glass is tinted in a high-demand color and framed in aluminum, popular with architects and developers of commercial towers – the company’s target market.

“Never before have our stakeholders seen our demonstration SolarWindow™ in action,” said John A. Conklin, President and CEO, SolarWindow Technologies, Inc. “We’re inviting our supporters, industry influencers, and the media into our board room and labs, and pulling back the covers. They’ll see exactly how we’re bringing to market the most innovative breakthrough in powering the half-billion square feet of windows installed on commercial buildings in the US, annually.”

During the webcast this Thursday, the SolarWindow team, along with industry experts, will candidly discuss the company’s technology objectives, commercialization path, recent advancements, logistical challenges, and breakthroughs.

SolarWindow™ achieves a calculated financial payback of less than one year, according to company modeling. Patent-pending SolarWindow™ products are under development for the estimated 85 million commercial buildings and detached homes in the United States.
