Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited, a leading and fast-growing asphalt pavement maintenance service provider, announced that the Group had officially started a road maintenance project totalling 450,000 m2 in Tongliao City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, using its patented “Hot-in-Place” recycling technology.
This project includes Chuangye Road, the main road of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, and 10 other municipal roads in Tongliao City, a key transportation hub of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Maintenance work on municipal roads, especially those with heavy traffic, involves many difficulties, such as limited maintenance time, high traffic volume and dust and waste emission issues. By using the patented “Hot-in-Place” recycling technology, the Group could complete a maximum of 10,000 m2 service area per day, while only occupying one lane of the road at a time with less traffic interruption and waste materials emission, and recycling 100% of the pavement materials. It is the third time that the Group has conducted municipal road maintenance work in Tongliao City since 2011.
