Americans are continuously investing more money in home renovations, with increases in the Residential Remodeling Index for twelve consecutive years, says a recent Metrostudy forecast. This increase in home improvement spending makes it necessary for companies to continue to invest in and develop industry leading technologies.
With the latest technological advances in the industry a major focus for the 24th annual International Franchise Expo (IFE), N-Hance Wood Renewal–the trusted partner of Home Depot for wood refinishing and the renewal of kitchen cabinets and wood floors– will be at the IFE displaying its Lightspeed Instant-Cure wood refinishing technology.
Taking place from June 18-20 at the Javits Center in New York City, the International Franchise Expo is the largest franchise expo of its kind, showcasing over 450 franchises and offering free seminars and in-depth franchise conferences. N-Hance Wood Renewal will be located at booth No. 455 to meet with prospective franchise partners and display their Lightspeed instant-cure wood refinishing machine, which instantly cures hardwood cabinets, flooring and all types of wood surfaces for in-home and business renewal.
Chief among the exciting announcements the company is making at the IFE, will be the introduction of Kelly Jensen in his new role as Senior Vice President. He previously served as VP of Franchise Operations at N-Hance. He will be connecting with attendees to discuss franchise opportunities in the budding home and business improvement industry.
“As the economy continues to improve and the nation is spending more money on home improvements, N-Hance is constantly seeking prospects who will make successful franchise partners and help our great company continue a high level of growth,” said Jensen. “We’re excited to discuss these opportunities with show attendees looking to invest in a profitable business with viable technology options in the New York area and nationwide.”
Consistently adding franchise partners across the nation, the company currently has six franchisees operating 14 units in the New York region and is looking to add two additional owners and six units during 2015. N-Hance Wood Renewal plans to open 100 additional units this year nationwide.
New Jersey couple Ron and Lisa Markese have been owners of the Central New Jersey N-Hance franchise since 2012 and expanded into six new territories in 2014. Said Ron Markese, “our partnership with Home Depot has helped us to reach new clients. Our customers appreciate that we can come into their home and finish the project in a fraction of the time with less dust and a lower cost.”
Entrepreneurs and customers alike are impressed by the company’s less expensive, eco-friendly, and faster alternative to fully replacing wooden floors. Additionally, N-Hance can change the color and look of outdated wood, allowing customers to update their homes for less than half the cost of brand new kitchen cabinets.
