At the end of May, construction began at S sur le Square, Prével's new project adjacent to the Atwater Métro and Cabot Square in the Shaughnessy Village neighborhood of Montréal. This new mixed-use project generated huge interest at its launch in fall 2014 and is an important part of the revitalization of Sainte-Catherine Street West, which began with Le Seville, a 450-unit residential project whose ground floor houses an Adonis supermarket, a BMO bank and Starbucks.
"The success of S sur le Square is exceptional and demonstrates that customers have great confidence in Prével. The projects location, opposite Cabot Square in the heart of Shaughnessy Village, along with the effort invested in the design of spaces are undoubtedly the reasons it has been such a success" explains Jacques Vincent, co-president of Prével.
The 14-storey building will contain 84 residential units between 311 to 864 square feet with prices ranging from $145,000 to $411,000. Residents will have access to a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and BBQ area, as well as a fitness centre on the ground floor. Prével is thrilled to announce the future occupant of the ground floor commercial space on Sainte-Catherine Street West: a new 3500 square-foot SAQ outlet!
The delivery of the first condos is scheduled for winter 2016.
