PCBC 2015: Bayer to Display Insulation and Weatherproofing Systems

PCBC is the largest homebuilding show for the U.S. west coast, also drawing attendees from Mexico and Canada. Construction and building envelope specialists from Bayer MaterialScience LLC will be in booth 1832 in the Expo Hall to showcase insulation and weatherproofing systems for production, custom and multi-family homes. PCBC will be held at the San Diego Convention Center June 24-25, 2015.

Dovetailing with the PCBC focus, "dedication to advancing the art, science and business of housing", Bayer has been providing materials to the construction industry for decades, and offers a broad portfolio of products that contribute to making more energy-efficient, comfortable and innovative buildings possible. Bayer's technical staff works with builders and architects to integrate the products into a whole-house sustainability solution; Bayer's spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation can be used in wall and roof assemblies to provide thermal, air barrier and moisture barrier performance.

"Our staff includes former builders as well as product engineers and scientists. They know all of the attributes specific to our products, and can speak the language of construction. In this way, it's a peer-to-peer conversation about putting together a better building," commented Bill Brengel, General Manager, Bayer MaterialScience Spray Insulation and Roofing Materials.
