Blu® Homes, Inc., America's leading provider of premium prefab homes, today announced its new Conceptual Design Study that makes it even easier and more convenient for customers to begin the building process with Blu.
Blu customers can now simply go online to reserve a Conceptual Design Study or additional Blu delivery assessments on their land, with a credit card.
For a fee of $2,500, Blu will evaluate a customer's land for design, budget, and schedule compatibility. With a Conceptual Design Study, customers receive a package including:
- Preliminary delivery assessment
- Code and zoning research
- Design consultation (online or in-person)
- Conceptual plans
- Conceptual project estimate and schedule
- Financing workbook
In addition, for $500, Blu customers that are still reviewing land options can sign up for and schedule preliminary delivery assessments by Blu's professional team.
Customers can simply go to www.bluhomes.com/reserve to reserve a Conceptual Design Study. Blu will provide a limited number of conceptual design slots every month on a first come, first served basis. Customers building a standard Blu home using Blu's multitude of design, floor plan, finish, and upgrade options will also have the opportunity to be placed on a "fast track" toward home completion.
"At Blu, we are absolutely committed to streamlining and simplifying the entire homebuilding process, which is why we're so thrilled about offering clients this new tool," noted Maura McCarthy, Blu Homes Co-founder and Vice President of Market Development. "Many families want to design and build their dream home on their own unique and personal plot of land, but find the planning, permitting, zoning and budgeting process to be daunting. We are making this as easy as possible at Blu, with unique ways to design your home and build your budget online. Now, reserving your home can be done with the click of a button!"
Blu's conceptual design study is the latest addition to Blu Homes' suite of tools that are harnessing the power of technology to make the homebuilding process both more enjoyable and streamlined. Other Blu tools include the Blu Budget Builder and the Blu Homes 3-D Configurator. Blu is also revealing its newest visualization tool this month at Dwell on Design, which uses Oculus Rift.
