RSI Homessm, the company that redefined homebuilding through its proprietary Precision-Builtsm construction, announced today that it has officially opened the doors at Center Place, a new single-family subdivision of five homes in Costa Mesa, California.
Riding a wave of homebuilding success throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire, RSI Homes now plans to expand into the Los Angeles market.
"This is an exciting day for RSI Homes. Center Place exemplifies our ability to transform a vacant lot into a vibrant neighborhood of high-quality, energy-efficient homes," said Peter Boutros, president and COO of RSI Homes. "Our highly engineered construction process makes it possible to build quality homes cost-effectively and efficiently. We believe this scenario can be emulated throughout Southern California and will serve as a solution to meet today's real estate market needs."
RSI's Precision-Built construction is done in two phases. The first phase begins in a state-of-the-art facility where all major components such as walls, electrical, plumbing and windows are built to precise standards. In phase two, all components are delivered to the property site for vertical construction where a brand new single family home is typically built in 45 days or less. Because every home is built with exact engineering standards, labor, waste and construction time are reduced while quality and efficiency is significantly increased.
