McGraw Hill Construction's Engineering News-Record will bring together leaders from the world's major construction markets for the Global Construction Summit 2014, to be held May 13-14 at McGraw Hill Financial Global Headquarters, 1221 Avenue of the Americas in New York.
The event will explore growth opportunities, investigate solutions to the most pressing challenges and share guidance on what is required to compete on the international playing field. The event has hosted delegates from more than 20 countries representing the Asia-Pacific, North American, South American, European, and Middle-East construction markets.
The event's agenda includes keynote addresses by two industry leaders. Roger Flanagan, Professor/Chairman, Steering Committee for International Affairs, School of Construction Management & Engineering, University of Reading will open the event on May 13 by addressing "Trends That Will Shape the Global Construction Industry." On May 14, Trevor D'Olier-Lees, Director, Corporate Ratings, Standard & Poor's, will discuss "Global Infrastructure Finance."
