Procore Technologies, Inc., a rapidly growing cloud-based construction management software company, is proud to announce that it will relocate its operations to two buildings, totaling 32,000 square feet, located on the ocean-front bluffs of Carpinteria, California.
The software company will become the sole tenant of the marquee headquarters facility on December 28, 2013, with a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. PST.
Procore's new address is 6309 Carpinteria Avenue, Carpinteria, approximately 12 miles south of Santa Barbara. Located on the ocean side of the freeway, just off the Bailard Avenue exit from Highway 101, the building has panoramic views of the Channel Islands and the Santa Barbara foothills. The Carpinteria location replaces three separate offices, totaling less than 6,000 square feet, which Procore had occupied in Santa Barbara.
"Procore is excited to relocate our world headquarters to Carpinteria," states Procore CEO Craig "Tooey" Courtemanche. "From the location on the bluffs overlooking the world-famous Rincon Point surf break, our new technology campus will be a center for software development, account management and customer training of our global client base. We have completely redesigned and remodeled the building to accommodate the views and the collaboration required for our software product development process. (But mostly the views)."
Procore’s easy-to-use construction project management tools help Procore's clients manage all aspects of their construction project management duties, including bidding, scheduling, drawing and document management, project communications and more. Procore’s full suite of mobile apps, including Procore for iPhone, Procore for iPad and Procore for Android, ensures that users can access their project information from any connected device.
Procore’s new headquarters facility is an exciting result of the growth and success the company has experienced. Founded in Santa Barbara in 2003, the local company has added more than 70 additional jobs in just the past three years. With its new location and continued growth in its employee base, Procore looks forward to becoming an active and involved member of the Carpinteria business community.
For two years running, Procore has been listed to the Inc. 500/5000 list as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation. Many of the top construction companies in the U.S. trust their construction management and operations, from document management to project communications, to Procore's award-winning technology.
