PinPoint Commercial, LP and Thrive Senior Living announced the beginning of construction on a state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care facility in North Tampa, Florida: The Legacy at Highwoods Preserve.
The expansive new facility will contain 164 beds, with 120 devoted to assisted living and the other 44 for memory care. In all of their assisted living projects, PinPoint and Thrive include hallmark design features such as telemedicine suites, oversized rooms, libraries, gaming areas, and multiple courtyards, shops and beauty salons for residents and visitors.
