RBF Consulting (RBF), a Company of Michael Baker Corporation, has been selected by Standard Pacific Corporation for Construction Management and Inspection (CM/CI) services for the Harmony Grove Village Project Sewer Lift Station and Water Reclamation Plant. RBF will provide pre-construction services, construction management, and inspection and testing.
Standard Pacific's Harmony Grove Village Project is a new 737-home community on 468 acres. This new community borders the California cities of Escondido and San Marcos and will include two miles of multi-use public trails and a public equestrian facility; a fire station; a sewage treatment plant; space for stores designed to serve the neighborhood; town houses and retail units in the center of the community.
“This project is an excellent example of how municipal government and private business can work together to provide high quality, safe public services to the residents of new communities,” stated RBF Executive Vice President Rick Rubin, P.E., AICP, LEED AP. “Through RBF's Project Manager, Wayne Papac, we will bring over 40 years of wastewater experience to implement this endeavor successfully.”
The RBF team is supported by the expertise of Rockwell Construction Services, providing electrical, instrumentation and controls; and “G” Force, providing materials testing services.
