Sage Construction Anywhere Earns Two Constructech Top Products Awards

Sage North America today announced that Sage Construction Anywhere, a cloud-based collaborative solution, has won two Constructech Top Products awards.

The Constructech Top Products honor technology solutions geared toward the commercial construction and homebuilding markets that have demonstrated outstanding innovation. Sage Construction Anywhere won an award in the new products category in both the commercial and residential Top Products awards. Sage products, also including Sage 100 Contractor (formerly Sage Master Builder) and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Sage Timberline Office), have been recognized with commercial and residential Top Products awards the past several years.

The products submitted are evaluated by Constructech magazine's editorial team. Winners are selected based on various criteria, which include the product's overall usefulness and uniqueness to the construction industry. In addition, the editors also consider customer adoption and growth of a particular product.

"Construction professionals are looking to implement technology that can help differentiate themselves from the competition. The winning 2013 Top Products do just that," says Peggy Smedley, editorial director, Constructech. "These products provide customers with the ability to increase mobility, efficiency, and their profitability."

Sage Construction Anywhere integrates with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate to provide construction professionals with anytime, anywhere access to the project information needed to keep their jobs moving forward. The solution's initial release last spring gave Sage 300 customers the ability to request and receive Sage 300 project reports from any mobile device or personal computer. The upcoming release mobilizes employee time collection and approval and adds project files capabilities to access and share project documents, drawings and photos centrally among project teams online. Integration with Sage 100 Contractor will also be available later this year. Companies can view a new Sage Construction Anywhere online video to learn more about these new capabilities.

"We have reached a point in construction technology where words like mobile, BIM, and collaboration are no longer buzzwords -- they are key, in-demand processes that contractors must implement in order to stay relevant," says Mike Carrozzo, chief editor, Constructech. "The 2013 Top Products can meet these demands and give construction companies the ability to enhance their businesses."

The winners of the residential Top Products awards are featured in the February 2013 issue of Constructech. The March/April 2013 issue of the magazine will showcase the commercial Top Products winners. It can be found in print and digital editions.
