Eco Building Products Secures Additional Release for Eco Red Shield Coated Products

Eco Building Products, Inc., announced today the company has secured an additional release for Lumber, Labor, Trusses and EWP products coated with Eco Red Shield TM protection representing over Three-Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Dollars ($386,000.00) in gross proceeds to the Company.

Cornerstone Communities Corporation has released seven additional triplex's on our current contract comprising the new construction of 37 triplex's, representing 111 units developed for Cornerstone Communities "Veranza II" project located in "The Summit at Eastlake" Chula Vista, California.

E Build & Truss division of ECOB will be responsible to provide framing labor and truss packages coated with Eco Red Shield TM protection. The applicable releases represent current contract orders with production home builders. The Company is now working diligently to increase the contract base increasing monthly total contract releases.

We are in a position for significant growth as we look forward to an improving national housing market this year. Our Eco Red Shield coatings are receiving increased demand across the board with significant traction on the eastern seaboard as the rebuilding efforts are under way in the wake of hurricane Sandy as this is expected to be one of the larger growth segments in 2013. It is almost like we invented this product for disaster rebuilds" stated Steve Conboy , President and CEO, Eco Building Products.
