Eco Building Products, GLOBAL Encasement Partner to Provide Enhanced Building Technology

Eco Building Products, announced today the Company has signed a binding agreement with GLOBAL Encasement, Inc. (GEI) of California. GEI is a Pro-Planet Positive Company that manufactures high quality, Class A Fire-Rated environmentally friendly, non-toxic protective coatings for renewable/sustainable waterproofing, roofing and most interior and exterior building surfaces, complimentary to ECOB's existing line of protected lumber products.

GEI's products are also engineered, tested and approved to manage-in-place toxic and hazardous building materials such as Lead-Based Paint, Asbestos-Containing-Materials, Mold and Mildew. The partnership further solidifies the Company's presence in the marketplace, and subsequent expansion into a niche market sector involving building material encapsulation, supporting the Company's goals of teaching the world a new way to build.

The details of this partnership will benefit both companies, affording ECOB exclusive pricing on their current line of high-quality coating products, with ECOB operating as a distributor of all GEI products on a client by client basis, pushing this product into ECOB's current market sector, offering a new line of cost-effective, non-toxic building protection. GEI's products will be utilized in conjunction with Eco Red Shield ™ protection on all of ECOB's off-shore housing; walls and roofs.

"GLOBAL Encasement, Inc. is honored and excited to team up with such a progressive, environmentally conscious company as ECO Building Products. We look forward to tackling together many of the tough building challenges that face us all as we create jobs to help our cherished veterans," stated GEI President/CEO, George Keefe .

GEI exists as a company because of the belief that Green, Environmentally advanced coatings can solve many building challenges including obsolete hazardous building materials, such as asbestos, and lead based paint. By sealing over most building surfaces including roofing with GEI's industrial, protective coatings, end-users can safely eliminate removal and replacement, unnecessary exposure and prevent the creation of unwanted waste, ultimately safeguarding people and the environment.

In addition to the exclusive distribution rights and use of GEI's line of products, ECOB has the intention to create a proprietary product for use on lumber products, using GEI's topcoat technology in conjunction with its WoodSurfaceFilm™ and FRC™ technology, resulting in potential new products characterized by extended burn rates. As the Company gains success in new product creation, GEI will manufacture and private label this new product as Eco-Global for ECOB, resulting in a new line of products and applications with "ECOB Inside", slated to be sold in one and five gallon buckets exclusively by ECOB.

"I am truly excited about the opportunities created by our new partnership with GLOBAL Encasement. In the best interest of the Company's continued success, and as we continue to push the envelope with the creation of the newest in building technology, it's important that we seek out strategic opportunities, broadening the Company's product offerings while cultivating partnerships with companies like GEI. Our joint venture enhances the Company's ability to provide cost-effective, environmentally friendly and sustainable housing solutions, capable of meeting the growing global demand. Additionally, this partnership represents a value-added component to Ecob's project proposals currently being negotiated in off-shore emerging markets," stated Steve Conboy President & CEO of Eco Building Products, Inc.
