Domus Development, a provider of development services for student housing, announced the ground breaking of a new student housing project - Lumberjack Lofts - in Nacogdoches, Texas. Situated on the west of Pearl Street, the development will be close to the Stephen F. Austin University.
Asset Campus Housing (ACH) will manage the 310-bed housing community. The company will offer a selection of four, two and one bedroom apartment homes. The units will be fully-furnished featuring Memory Foam mattresses, full-sized washers and dryers, and granite countertops. Residents of this luxury community will have access to many facilities, including a salt water pool, an outdoor courtyard, courts for sand volleyball and basketball, a modernized fitness center, a lounge area and a coffee bar.
As a part of the rental package, residents will have access to the Suddenlink Wi-Fi and cable television throughout the property. In addition, Lumberjack Lofts will also offer its residents access to Suddenlink2GO, that provides 120,000 plus full-length movies and TV episodes. This connection is accessible in every corner of the United States through any high-speed internet access.
The development of Lumberjack Lofts is on the heels of Domus’s recent-completed project, Legends at Nacogdoches. ACH had managed this project as well. The Legends now has 100% pre-leased occupancy.
