Eco Building Products to Build Mixed-Use Apartment Complex in Los Angeles

Eco Building Products has declared that it has received the timber and labor framing contract for the construction of “The West End Apartments”.

This venture entails four stories made up of 40 units described as an assorted-use apartment structure that has been provided with Eco Red Shield protection. This monumental project is the organization’s initial housing project in Los Angeles housing many families. The venture is slated to begin in September 2012.

Eco Building Products has been intensively providing propaganda for its Eco Red Shield along with the services of E Build & Truss, concentrating on multiple-family, assorted-use ventures which are seeing a major growth in the construction market that is recouping. The organization, after finishing a five-story, multi-use project and with an ongoing high-rise venture in San Diego, has given a lot of propaganda to its turnkey vertical idea and has generated a lot of interest and demand for timber protection in the market of Los Angeles.

Steve Conboy, who serves as the CEO and President of Eco Building Products, stated that the Essey Construction Company venture is the first of many chances that ECOB will have to make a mark in the burgeoning multiple-family housing market in Los Angeles. It is located adjacent to the 405 freeway and 10 freeway interchange with a huge four-floor billboard created using red timber. This gives ECOB a great advertisement for pushing into the ever-growing market. He further added that the multi-family ventures are one-time construction contracts contrary to those projects that are concretized after continuous sales efforts. He believes that they will bring in more earnings for the company.
