Beacon Roofing Supply declared that it had procured Contractors Roofing & Supply (CRS), a supplier of roofing products and accompanying accessories for houses, having one outlet at the St. Louis suburb of O’Fallon Missouri and yearly sales valued at about $14 million.
CRS owner Ken Bennett, who will be leaving in pursuit of other business interests, expressed his happiness that CRS will continue to be a part of Beacon, who can offer customers of CRS broader access to roofing and other construction products at the same time maintaining and also heightening the level of service and commitment that CRS has supplied through the years. He added that Beacon will provide CRS employees and their families with greater chances for growth in the roofing supply business.
