The Mexican restaurant, La Fogata in San Antonio, which serves traditional Mexican cuisine has planned to open a parking area that would be innovative.
The restaurant planned to use the vacant space across the street for highlighting a Mexican Hacienda theme, professional lighting and landscaping as well as a large outdoor garden fountain to complement the restaurant.
David Dominguez, General Manager of La Fogata stated that they are making the parking lot as an aesthetically pleasing place for guests so that they feel the ambience right from their time of arrival until they leave in their cars. This project is expected to be completed in August and it will provide a fine dining experience for customers.
For summer events, La Fogata offers special summer catering packages that include buffet with napkins, utensils, cups, table clothes, disposable plates and iced tea. Taco bar, Quesadilla Bar and several other food stations can be added to any buffet service. The La Fogata staff also provides professional buffet service for one hour and a half.
La Fogata gives San Antonio and its surrounding areas the flavors of Mexican cuisine with old traditional world recipes, which have been handed down from generation to generation. It is an ideal place to stop for lunch or dinner, for catering, and even for holding a party.
