Eggrock Modular Solutions and Oldcastle Precast have entered into an agreement, wherein Oldcastle will receive exclusive rights to manufacture and market modular prefabricated bathroom pods of Eggrockin across North America.
The agreement has brought together the largest supplier of prefabricated bathrooms in America with the biggest manufacturer of building materials in America and has formed the only national prefabricated bathroom manufacturing organization. The license came into effect from July 9.
Daniel Nyce, CEO and Senior Vice President of Oldcastle Precast, affirmed that Eggrock was the right choice for Oldcastle to team up with as they are aiming for a bigger portion of the prefabrication market. He also assured that customers will still be in touch with the same employees and still obtain high grades of service. The new manufacturing units of Eggrock at Florida and California will aim at meeting the increasing demand. The Eggrock bathrooms will continue to be sold under the Eggrock Modular Solutions banner. As of today, more than 5000 Eggrock bathrooms have been fixed in commercial projects all over North America, which is more than the total of prefabricated bathrooms of all other companies.
