The parameters taken into consideration in this tender process include consideration of the lowest price and the contractors’ ability to deliver and overall expertise. Hakon Tjomsland, NCC Construction Norway’s Regional Director, stated that the company supports the evaluation carried out on resources, expertise and organization as this evaluation will indeed provide benefits to all concerned parties.
