The next renovation project involves 55 guest suites at the Carriage House annex and is likely to be inaugurated during spring of 2013. The American Club Resort Hotel was first built in 1918 and has held the AAA-Five Diamond distinction for 27 years.

The interiors of the rooms feature dark wood accents, neat furnishings and draperies in rich colours. The plumbing fixtures, furniture and tile products in the guest rooms have been provided by Kohler with emphasis on brands such as Baker, Mark David, Kallista, Kohler, Ann Sacks and McGuire. The bathrooms have earthy tones and feature premium bath products from Kohler such as KOHLER Flipside showerhead, WaterTiles, VibrAcoustic bath, Ambient Rain and Elevance rising wall bath that is compliant to ADA. The common areas such as the lobby and library feature floor-to-ceiling renovation. The common areas feature carpets similar to the original carpet used for the building. Amenities in the guest rooms include flat screen TVs, white Frette bedding, wireless internet and iPod docking stations, over-bed lighting and in-bathroom televisions.

Four rooms in the hotel have been named after four Kohler family members and each guest room incorporates a feature that pays homage to popular Americans from all areas.
