Standard Pacific Homes Introduces Gated Community in Los Angeles County

US-based Standard Pacific Homes has announced that it plans to offer a new gated community in the town of San Pedro. The community, which will be called Harbor Highlands will consist of single-family homes.

A formal opening celebration will be conducted on April 21 during which visitors will be given a tour of the model homes. The homes will be priced starting from $500,000 and will come in Spanish, Italian and cottage style architectures.

The homes will cover areas ranging from 1,723 sq.ft to 1,936 sq.ft where each home will have up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms in three new designs. Each home will feature a large size Great Room, which will be blended smoothly with the other rooms in the house such as the kitchen, dining area and the family room. The homes will also consist of a bulk-storage area and the front yards will be maintained by the community association. The community is located near the I-110 and I-405 freeways and in very close proximity to the Pacific Ocean and Cabrillo Beach. Amenities in the community include a community pool, open grass area and a playground. All homes will be fitted low emission windows, water efficient plumbing fixtures and other energy efficient features. Standard Pacific Homes has served its customers for more than 45 years and constructed homes for more than 114,000 families.
