Jensen Precast Acquires Assets of Teichert Precast Concrete Products

US-based Jensen Precast has announced that it has acquired the assets of Teichert Precast Concrete Products plants located in Stockton and Sacramento, California.

This transaction however, will not affect the primary and secondary construction businesses of Teichert Precast. Customers of Teichert Precast will continue to receive products and services at the same level of quality.

Customers of Teichert Precast will now have an expanded choice of products ranging from meter boxes, retaining walls, onsite waste water treatment, LockLid Utility Enclosure Security Lids, box culvert, rainwater harvesting, storm water treatment and pre-packaged pump and lift stations. Both companies have jointly served customers like AT&T, Turlock Irrigation District, Pacific Gas & Electric, Modesto Irrigation District, Frontier Communications, Caltrans and Merced Irrigation District.

Teichert Precast is a privately held company having its operations through two companies namely Teichert Materials and Teichert Construction. The company specialises in providing building materials such as asphalt and ready-mix concrete and other construction services. Jensen Precast has production facilities in Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada and California. The company designs and manufactures regular and customised precast concrete products for applications including telecommunications, electric, gas and water utilities, sewage, landscaping, agriculture and fuel storage. The company also has a metal fabrication division, which is involved in the design, engineering and manufacturing of hatch and access covers made of steel and aluminium.
