Brandywine Homes officially conducted an open house for the Hampton Community at 8901, Holder St in Buena Park. The community is a collection of 18 homes ranging from 2,400 sq.ft to 2,677 sq.ft over a total of 2.2ac.
Each unit priced in the range of $500,000 to $600,000 comes with four bedrooms and three baths and will feature granite kitchen countertops, fireplaces with electronic igniters, latest interior communication wing, cultured marble countertops in laundry, secondary baths and GE stainless steel appliances.
Master bedroom suites will include a large sized soaking tub, a walk in closet and a separate shower with clear tempered glass. The Hampton Community is located within two miles of the nationally renowned Oxford Academy in Cypress. Children living in the community have a wide choice of schools in the form of San Marino Elementary, Kennedy High School and Walker Junior High. Green features of the community include low-flow plumbing fixtures, tankless water heaters that are more efficient than regular heaters, central climate systems with night setback thermostats, enhanced insulation and Low-E dual glazed windows. Occupants of the community will have the opportunity to choose their preferred colour of paint for interiors.
Over 1,500 potential buyers visited the open house where they were given a tour of the model homes. Brandywine has sold three homes in Phase I of the community. Vice President of Brandywine Homes, David Barisic expects great sales potential as Buena Park has not had any new community for the past ten years.
