Trumark, a construction company, has declared that it has completed renovation of its property situated at Sunnyvale. The property was not in use for a long time and now, is open and can be occupied immediately.
The building has two floors with 65,520 sq.ft of R&D or office space and the flexibility offered by the layout of the building will help satisfy the demands of the tenants.
The building exterior was re-painted and the wood panels were changed. New glass lines were added, which brought additional light into the building and enhanced its appearance. The main entry is totally glass and the lobby of the first floor was extended and opened to the second floor.
The interiors of the entire building, which include carpet, tile and paint, were changed. Additionally, the company refurbished the restrooms, upgraded structural building details like mullions and handrails and a conference room was added. The ceilings of the floors are 9 -10 feet and have clear heights up to 15 ft.
It was essential to facelift the much-neglected landscape. The trees were either thinned or removed and new plants were added. Hence, the entryway looked attractive. In addition, the property has a new monument sign and a parking area for 230 cars.
The company is involved in constructing, leasing and selling commercial buildings. About two million square feet of area has been developed or entitled by the company for hotel, retail, R&D and office projects.
