Ramtech Building Systems, a modular building construction company, has declared that it has received one more contract for constructing and installing three modular buildings at the First Baptist Church Frisco, which is situated at Frisco in Texas.
The new buildings will provide additional space to accommodate the increasing congregation in the church. The buildings cover a total area of 23,386 sq. ft.
The first building will include a 6,750-square-foot student prayer center that will accommodate 12 classrooms and a 13 foot high vaulted ceiling with architectural ductwork. The second 8,060-square-foot building will house an adult education center with 14 classrooms and a fellowship area. The third 8,576-square-foot building will include six classrooms, 14 private offices close to administrative support places for the ministry staff. Each building will have restrooms for men and women.
The company will manage the site preparation activities and will provide a pad on grade building foundation and utilities. The exterior with HardiePanel sidings will have a stucco finish to complement other existing buildings in the church. The building interiors will include lay-in tile ceilings, vinyl covered gypsum wall coverings and commercial grade carpet on the floors. In addition, the company will offer ramps, landings, canopies and steps for all buildings.
The modular buildings will be designed and produced in the production unit of the company, which is located at Mansfield in Texas.
