KBR Building Group, a construction company, has announced that it has signed an agreement with The Shooshan Company to offer construction services to The Place, a part of Founders Square.
The Place is around 1.2 million-square-foot in area and is constructed for mixed use dwelling at Arlington located in Virginia. The building is modeled for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certification.
The company will carry out construction services for the 17 storey residential tower covering around 238060 square-foot of area. The building will have a rooftop terrace with wood decking and a curved window wall and amenities such as interior clubroom, two custom year-round spas and a resident-use bar. HVAC system with energy efficacy, minimal water consumption techniques and regional construction materials will be used to maintain sustainability.
