Standard Pacific Homes to Inaugurate New Community in Mountain House

Standard Pacific Homes, specialising in the construction of homes, has announced that it will inaugurate a new community called Miramonte at Questa in Mountain House. The inauguration has been planned for March 24 and 25.

The community features three types of apartments ranging from 2,111 sq. ft. to 2,612 sq. ft. Each floor plan includes various options with a choice of up to five bedrooms, three baths, office space, loft and other flexible options for rooms. The windows in each room have been strategically placed to allow natural light to flow into the rooms.

Every home features a spacious Great room, which integrates seamlessly with the living room, dining and kitchen area to enable more connectivity between rooms. Standard Pacific Homes is a partner of Energy Star and hence has incorporated various energy-saving features into the community building such as plumbing fixtures to save water, low-emission windows, efficient insulation system and optional solar energy systems. The community is under close proximity to golf courses, biking trails and parks and has more than 750 green areas surrounding it. The community building will also feature three schools and this will provide children living in the area with a wide choice of activities ranging from soccer to chess. Visitors to the inaugural function will be provided with refreshments and home tours and will also have a chance to win a trip for two to Europe.
