Eco Building Products Obtains Additional Orders from Heritage Building and Development

Eco Building Products has received extra contractual orders for $350,000.00 to deliver trusses, labor and Eco Red Shield coated lumber for Heritage Building and Development project developed at Otay Mesa, Chula Vista, California.

Eco Red Shield protects the houses from fire, termites, wood-rot decay and molds. A subsidiary of Eco Building Products, the E Build & Truss, has received this order to cater to the Santa Rita community.

The company is receiving many contractual orders of this kind from the South California builders. The CEO and President of the company, Steve Conboy said that the company’s technology was first used by Heritage Building and Development two years ago. Even though the industry faced a tough time, the President of Heritage Building and Development, Steve Baldwin, agreed to use the technology and other builders have followed him. The changeover was not easy either for Steve Baldwin or for Dawn Norton, Director of Operations, who proved that the advanced process creates changes, he added.

Eco Building Products is a producer of private wood products which are treated with the company’s own chemistry which provides protection against mold/mycotoxins, rot-decay, wood ingesting insects, termites and fire. ECOB WoodSurfaceFilm and FRC technology are used for protecting wood. The company products including Eco Clear Shield, Eco Blue Shield and Eco Red Shield, with pending patents, provides solutions for wood preservation and protection that includes floors, ceilings, joists and beams and paneling.
