The sourcing of materials for the purpose of redesign has been done from various countries such as Greece, Italy, Germany and Sweden. The project has a total of 5 bedrooms, 1 bedroom guesthouse with gym, pool table room, steam shower and a 4 seasons penthouse suite.

Distinctive features include automatic motion sensor lighting, dark chocolate Wenge wood, a glass floor suspended over a LED lit wine cellar, electronic keypads, pocketed doors, zero edge swimming pool, a home theatre with a 123-inch projector along with its own powder room and wet bar and other luxurious features. The heated pool offers a great view of Santa Monica and Los Angeles and the project also consists of a 300 foot moat which surrounds the entire house. All the switches and power sources in the house have carefully placed to offer maximum accessibility.

The company selected Schuco’s sophisticated windows to make sure that all rooms in the house are flooded with sunlight. The view of the 300-foot infinity moat is amazing and surrounds the house and the guesthouse and is very attractive during the night, looking like a river of lit water.
