The certification was awarded for the efficient usage of energy, materials, lighting and water and the inclusion of various sustainable features in the design of the building.
The LEED CI v2009 Certified certification was awarded after the USGBC assessed the features of the building that impacted the environment positively and the broader community in a better manner. Neustar has also received a “Certified Green Business” for the past two consecutive years from the Chamber of Commerce and Loudon County Government.
