A subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell, CyrusOne, a solution provider for data center collocation, has announced the completion of the expansion of Houston Data Center, which is LEED Silver certified.
This 30000 sq.ft new building has been built nearby Houston center and will supply about seven mW electric power to the existing building.
The new building is constructed to meet the needs of customers of oil and gas industries. It is extensively reliable, flexible with an all-time connectivity. The building has been developed as a part of the company’s global strategic approach to data center, which enables confident and easy global operation of the customers.
Gary Wojtaszek who serves as the President of the company said that a high demand persists for collocation space availability in several companies around Houston center. This project will help the company to offer high-quality service with ecological, finance and modular advantages to Fortune 1000 companies, which were traditionally availed only by ‘webscale’ companies.
