Coswick Hardwood has introduced a new finishing for hardwood flooring, Lacquer CosNanoTech++, an extra-durable aluminum oxide finish which resists high wear. This novel finish can be employed in show-rooms, boutiques, clubs, offices, restaurants and for other interior purposes.
The finish has been formulated using polymers that were cured using UV and consists of corundum particles. Strong corundum has also been known as artificial diamond. New methods are used on the upper layer of the finish, which uses nanoparticles with cross linkage in the polymer that enhances wear resistance and stretchability.
The depth, grace and grain texture of wood surface lies undisturbed due to the transparency of the finish. The finish is maintenance free and does not require renewal.
The company uses a new two and three layer tongue-and groove method for engineered and solid flooring, which improves the installation process and enhances the dimensional stability.
Coswick Hardwood’s Head Engineer Mr. Pavel Shishkovich said that the finish has a shining soft matte which covers tiny dents, scratches, footprints, dust and more wear signs apart from its durability.
The company produces high quality engineered and solid hardwood flooring using American walnut, ash and oak. Further, the company offers more than 70 models of surface finishes with different colors and styles. It has a global network including Central Asia, Russia, the Baltic region and more.
