Boyuan Construction Commences Five Star Hotel Complex Project at Sanya City

China-based Boyuan Construction Group, an advancing construction company with expertise in residential, municipal and commercial infrastructure projects, has recently declared that it has started constructing a five star hotel complex located in Hainan Island’s Sanya city, one of the major markets of Boyuan.

The hotel complex space measures 107,000 m2 and includes three buildings. The value of the construction project amounts to US$23.9 M.

Chairman of Boyuan Construction Group, Mr. Cai Liang Shou, says that the initiation of construction of this premier hotel complex illustrates that there are significant opportunities available in spite of the recession in the general economy and tight liquidity for property developers. The company anticipates consistent development by selecting projects that will contribute to maximum profit. This new construction project of Boyuan is expected to be completed in the Q3 of calendar 2012.

China's International Tourist Destination Policy was established in 2009 and focuses on promoting economic development on the Hainan Island. A shopping plan for international travelers free of tax was reinforced and has been functional since January 1, 2011. This initiative has promoted the Hainan Island to be a chief international tourism destination.

Boyuan Construction Group helps provide excellent construction services such as engineering projects, construction of commercial building, municipal infrastructure and residential construction. The company is located in Jiaxing City, China. At present, Boyuan focuses on commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use developments. Besides its expertise operation in Hainan Province and Zhejiang Province, the company Boyuan initiates construction projects in the rapidly developing regions of China such as Yangtze River Delta, Hainan and Shandong Provinces.
