North Irvine Community Embellished with New Sophisticated Apartment Homes

Irvine Company Apartment Communities has declared the inauguration of The Village of Cypress Apartment Homes, the focal point of northeast Irvine’s new Village. It offers extensive amenities with a resort-like lifestyle, providing access to new schools, hiking and biking trails, and shopping facilities.

Around 1,677 brand-new apartment homes were constructed in four different communities such as Veneto, Murano, Cadenza and Umbria that collectively form the ‘Village of Cypress Apartment Homes’. The space area is vast, ranging from 556 sq.ft for one-bath and one-bedroom to1,197 sq.ft for two-bedroom town home with two-and-a-half baths and a den.

Driven with inspiration from several aesthetic neoclassical architectures existing in various countries, the resort-like communities have characteristic features including five outdoor fireplaces with barbecue areas; four fitness centers with strength and cardio equipment and a cardio theater; five spas, a wading pool and five salt water pools; spacious lawn parkways and tree-lined streets with large evergreen canopy trees; Internet cafes and clubhouses with gaming areas; and conference room with three business centers including computers and color printer and an internet café.

The Village of Cypress Village Apartment Homes includes four distinct neighborhoods:

  • Veneto Apartments including two-bedrooms, two-baths and one-bedroom, one-bath.
  • Murano Apartments featuring one-bedroom, one-bath and two-bedroom, two-bath apartments.
  • Cadenza Townhomes including one-bedroom with one-and-a-half baths and a den and two-bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths with a den.
  • Umbria Apartments range from one-bedroom, one-bath up to two-bedrooms, two-baths.

The Village of Cypress is located proximal to schools and other important shopping and entertainment facilities, with simple access to toll roads and major freeways.
